  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
    1.1 This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy"), provides an overview of how your personal data is processed and protected, and the rights of data subjects.
    1.2.The controller of your data is the Farmer Ignas Jackevičius (Ūkininkas Ignas Jackevičius (Ūkio kodas 1239288), Jaunimo g. 1, Lukonys, Kupiškio r. sav., LT-40137, the data is collected and processed in the Register of Legal Entities (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "we").
    1.3 For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term "personal data" ("Personal Data") means any information or set of information from which we can directly or indirectly identify you, such as your name, surname, email address, telephone number, etc.
    1.4 Data shall be processed in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (EU) (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR") and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
    1.5 This Privacy Policy applies when you visit the e-shop https://broliumedus.lt/ (hereinafter referred to as the "e-shop") and read the information contained therein.
    1.6 If you visit the Online Shop and contact us with any concerns, we will assume that you have read the terms of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, you may not use the E-Shop or contact us about our service offers.

  2. DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING
    2.1 We receive your Personal Data when you use the E-Store, our services.
    2.2 We only collect Personal Data that is necessary for the proper provision of services.
    2.2.1.For the purpose of purchase in the E-shop and delivery of goods, the following Personal Data is processed: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, address, payment details;
    2.2.2 For the purposes of improving and ensuring the quality of the E-shop, the following Personal Data is processed: the IP address, the data collected by means of cookies and settings, the browser used, and the history of using the E-shop;
    2.2.3 For the purpose of consulting on goods and services, the following personal data is processed: name, surname, telephone number, email, content of the question/answer, purchase history.
    2.3 The data shall be stored for the duration of the use of the E-shop and for 3 years after the sale of goods.
    2.4 You have the right to object to or withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Data at any time when it is processed on the basis of your consent.
    2.5 In certain cases, we may send information relating to the order of goods to the contact details you have provided. Such communications are necessary for the proper provision of our services and do not constitute marketing messages.
    2.6 When processing your Personal Data, we ensure that we take all necessary technical and organisational measures, comply with security requirements, do not disclose it to third parties, and comply with all the principles set out in the GDPR and the requirements of other legal acts.
    2.7 We may transfer your Personal Data to our partners or service providers who ensure the proper functioning of our Company. For this purpose, your Personal Data may be transferred to our partners (data processors) such as accounting firms, IT companies, E-shop website support partners, financial and payment institutions, couriers.

    3.1.4. to request the destruction of your Personal Data or the suspension of the processing of your Personal Data (except for storage) (right to be forgotten);
    3.1.5. request that we restrict the processing of Personal Data on one of the following legitimate grounds (right to restrict);
    3.1.6. The right to data portability (right to port).
    3.1.7. the right to object to the processing of Personal Data. If you exercise this right, we may continue to process Personal Data only for compelling reasons which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
    3.1.8. withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Data at any time if the processing is based on consent.
    3.1.9. The right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
    3.2 You may submit any request relating to the processing of your Personal Data to us in writing at labas@broliumedus.lt. We will respond to this request within 1 month of the request being made, unless additional data is required in order to provide a response, in which case we will provide a response within 2 months.
    3.3 If Personal Data is erased at your request, we may retain copies of the information that are necessary to protect our legitimate interests and those of others, to comply with the obligations of public authorities, and to resolve disputes.

    6.1 The Privacy Policy is regularly reviewed and may be amended. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Online Shop.
    6.2 If you continue to use the E-shop after the change of the Privacy Policy, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the changed Privacy Policy.
