Brothers' honey

Fun education about beekeeping and friendly bees

Yes yes, you read that right - about beekeeping and friendly bees! Many of us involuntarily flinch when we hear the word "bee" and already imagine a tingling jaw or feel an involuntary twitching eyelid. Why is that? Probably everyone has been stung by a bee at least once in their life, a terribly unpleasant feeling! So it is only natural that the fear of bees is ingrained in us down to the stem cells. And did you know that this panicky fear is what provokes the passionate "kisses" of queens.

Aim of the education sessions

The main goal of our fun educational activities for children and adults is to introduce them to the world of bees so closely that their natural fear is replaced by nobler feelings - respect, admiration and maybe even love. And it is simply impossible not to admire queens. Such a tiny insect can travel many kilometres, create products that heal the soul, and nurture a family that is constantly renewed and has mastered perfect communication skills. The deeper you get, the more you want to pass on your experience.

First steps and leap

We started with kindergartens, schools, businesses and summer events - just a few education events a year. Later, we had the courage to invite visitors to visit the Brothers' Honey Apiary. To make it all look like a breeze, we built a smart beehive with our own hands. It worked. We noticed that children's fear of bees evaporates at the first drop of fresh honey, while adults' fear of bees evaporates at the half-way point of the jar - but for good! We now have about 150 fun education events a year and we don't promise to stop.

What will we do during the education sessions?

We swear by, I'm sure I'm not dreamingSime like drones in hives! Together I raisedSime to the bees and get to knowinsime with a long and interesting process until the honey arrives on our table. Kindly We'll tell you more athow queens are reared, how they are labelled, how they are packaged and mailed to other friends.sis over the edges: the tastingSime natural products from women workers. Also createSime candles and lieSime toys. In a word, where it's sweet, it's always fun!
