What are freeze-dried fruit and berries?

Freeze-drying is a gentle freeze-drying method that helps to preserve the flavour, colour and nutritional properties of fruit and berries without the need for any additives.

Do these honey treats have added sugar?

No. The sweetness comes only from natural honey and fruit or berries - without any additional sugar or sweeteners.

How best to consume honey treats?

They can be eaten on their own, used to flavour porridges, yoghurt, cottage cheese or desserts, or poured over warm (not hot!) water to make a fragrant, naturally sweet tea.

Are honey treats suitable for children?

Yes, but not suitable for children under 12 months as it contains honey.

How to store honey treats?

Store at room temperature, in a dry place and protect from direct sunlight. After opening, screw the lid on tightly.
