Royal jelly - a real "bomb" of vitamins and other beneficial substances created by bees

Royal jelly (royal jelly) - tai labai koncentruotas bičių tam tikrų liaukų sekretas, kuris yra pilnavertis ir biologiškai aktyvus maisto produktas, turintis ypač daug naudingųjų medžiagų: hormonų, vitaminų (B grupės, A, D, PP, E), net 14-15 micronutrients, about 20 percent protein, a few percent fat, a significant amount of sucrose and 22 amino acids, which are needed for normal growth. The product is highly digestible and the human body is able to absorb as much as 80 % of all the substances contained in royal jelly.

What are the benefits of royal jelly?

First of all, as it contains many active substances, it is known to replenish our body and contribute to the better functioning of various systems, "strengthening" the body. It is not known exactly how, but royal jelly is thought to contribute to the growth and recovery processes in the body. These conclusions are based not only on scientific research, but also on observations of the life of bees: a royal jelly-fed queen bee, from a simple, unremarkable egg, grows up to one and a half times the size of a worker bee and is able to mate and lay eggs for several years.

Royal jelly can be useful in many situations. It helps improve:

How to use royal jelly?

Royal jelly is recommended at 50-200 mg (pea-sized piece) per day 15-in 30-day periods. Children should not exceed 10-50 mg/day. After a month's break, the course can be repeated several times - especially in winter and spring. Royal jelly should be taken in the morning or at lunchtime before meals, and the amount should be placed under the tongue and allowed to dissolve. This is the best way to absorb it, as the enzymes destroy much of the good stuff it contains when it goes straight into the stomach.

Store the milk in the fridge during use and in the freezer during the break.
